Our Technicians-

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team who is capable of learning our process and has a passion for delivering high quality service to our customers. Previous experience finishing, modifying or installing cabinets is a plus, ability to work with customer is a definite. You will take pride of ownership in the finished product and be able to work effectively in a small team environment (1-3 person crews). Expect to average 25-30 hours a week, year-round interior work, Monday - Friday. Holidays and Vacation. Pay is based on your level of experience (entry $16+) and will increase as you develop the skills of our trade.

Your initial responsibilities will include:

-Removing and installing cabinet doors

-Cleaning, Sanding and Preparing Wood Surfaces

-Masking walls, cabinets and floors

-Cure with Ultraviolet Light Machine

-Installation of cabinet hardware

As you progress, you will learn to spray paints and finishes with our HVLP system in our shop and ultimately learn to do this in our customers homes. We will also help you develop your carpentry skills over time.

Qualifications: -

-Experience in one or more of the responsibilities above is preferred. Hand tool experience a must -Must have high standards on completed product and a commitment to do it right the first time. -

-Must have outstanding customer service skill -Must have ability to work in a team environment

-Access to reliable automobile, cell phone, and valid driver's license with a good driving record.

-Hard working and available for overtime

-Ability to adapt and problem solve is essential -Must pass criminal background and DMV checks

Compensation and Benefits:

-Base pay starts between $16 -22/hour, depending on experience and skill.
