Customer Service Advisor

Job Description

Johnson Service Group is searching for 2 Customer Service Advisors for one of our clients in The Woodlands, TX. There is both a Level I and a Level II position available, and each position is a 12+ month consulting opportunity. This role interacts with customers, providing information about accounts, products & services. You will also generate quotes based on the customer's needs and receive, verify, and process customer orders and order changes. Ideal candidates will have the following experience:

3+ years of customer service experience (1+ years of experience for the Level I role)

Experience in supply chain operations

Experience in chemical or oil & gas industries

SAP experience is strongly preferred (must have experience with an ERP system)
