Job Summary

The Parts Sales/Counterman performs two key roles in the trailer department: The first is to service the direct retail sale of service parts and accessories, and the second is to support the repair and vehicle prep activities of the Service Department.

Duties &Responsibilities:

· Greet customers courteously and efficiently. Identify the parts requirement, explore the customer’s application, vehicle and repair objective. Handle retail customers over the counter getting what they need for their trailers as well as advising them of added parts needed for each job or repair.

Receive work orders from Service Technicians establish parts needed. Pull the required parts from inventory and process the parts to the work order. Distribute the required parts to the technician’s area, as to speed the repair process.Company Description
