We are currently expanding and seeking an AT&T Business Client Service Representative to join our AT&T campaign. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for business owners and decision-makers, guiding them through the enrollment process for wireless, internet, and telecom services. You will focus on delivering an exceptional client experience while identifying opportunities to meet business needs and drive client success.

Responsibilities of an AT&T Client Service Representative:

Work closely with the marketing, sales, and other AT&T Client Service Representatives to identify new sales strategies for improving sales performance and optimizing client satisfaction

Engage with business clients in person, building strong relationships by listening to their needs and providing personalized product recommendations

Manage client accounts, and address any complaints or concerns they have, and offer personalized solutions, fostering long-term loyalty

Stay up to date on all products, services, and promotions offered to effectively assist clients and optimize sales opportunities

Document client interactions and sales activities to accurately track sales performance and client retention

Qualifications of an AT&T Client Service Representative:

Experience in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred but not required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients and team members effectively

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment independently and as part of a team

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
