Chief Electrical Estimator - Commercial Construction

Searching for a Electrical Chief Estimator who has verifiably worked $5M-$10M+ commercial construction ELECTRICAL scopes preferably within the mission critical or healthcare arena but could have higher education, office, retail, etc. This individual MUST have a verifiable GOOD reputation within the commercial construction arena working 10-20 years.

The intangible benefit is this Chief Estimator will work with some of the most advanced construction minds in the business, accelerating their knowledge and experience within the commercial construction sector.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

Minimum of 10+ years in the field, assisting with overseeing the estimating of ELECTRICAL scopes of work on commercial projects - budgets, materials, labor, schedules on $50M+ combined scopes of ELECTRICAL work.

Building experience that may include either or all the following: mission critical, data centers, chip plants, healthcare, k-12, corporate office, or large warehouse. May have higher education or life sciences, high-end retail, or other similar complex commercial project experience.

Verifiable experience estimating $50M+ scopes of electrical work

Ability to assist with the coordination of field construction project activities and personnel as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget.

Effective communication skills with all levels of people throughout the construction process.Company Description
