Job Description

Join Pride Health as a part-time Phlebotomist at New London, CT! This is a 3-months contract role offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role: Phlebotomist - Urine Collection Only

Location: 931 Bank St, New London, CT 06320

Shift Schedule: 5:30 AM – 10:30 AM (Weekdays + every other weekend)

Hours per Week: 25 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $17 - 21/hour (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Urine toxicology collection only for a detox clinic (no blood draws)

Handle all collections professionally and respectfully in a discreet, clinical environment

Ensure proper documentation, labeling, and chain-of-custody procedures

Provide excellent customer service to a sensitive patient population

Support confidentiality and specimen integrity per protocol

Work independently with minimal direct supervision

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience:

6+ months of healthcare or patient-facing experience preferred

Experience with urine collection or working in a substance recovery or clinical lab setting is a plus

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
