A national company with a facility in the Ypsilanti, MI area is currently seeking Full-Time Construction Project Managers to join their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for a Construction Project Managers looking for a company that offers excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, as well as training, growth, competitive rates, and excellent work-home life balance.

Hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, M-F, with hybrid flexible schedule.

Construction Project Managers rates are anticipated to be $80,000 to $100,000 annually with generous bonus potential and are based on each candidates experience and education. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate.

Qualified Construction Project Managers will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

2+ years of experience with estimating projects for structural steel, aluminum, or concrete

Solid skills managing scope of work, project bidding, project timelines and deliverables is a must

Must be experienced with steel, aluminum, glass, or concrete construction

Experience estimating projects, tracking labor, and project budgets

Ability to travel up to 10% for projects as needed nationwide

Must be able to work in the United States

Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
