Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Functional Analyst with deep expertise in Zuora Billing (including REST API integrations) and NetSuite (SuiteScript development and administration). This hybrid role blends technical acumen with strong functional understanding, and plays a critical role in supporting Finance operations, ensuring compliance with ASC 606, and driving scalable solutions across our order-to-cash landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the subject matter expert for the Zuora Billing platform, supporting subscription billing, usage, product catalog, and revenue workflows.

Design and maintain integrations using Zuora REST APIs to connect with internal systems and third-party tools.

Support ASC 606 revenue recognition processes across Zuora and NetSuite, ensuring compliance and proper configuration.

Having knowledge of developing and maintaining custom solutions in NetSuite using SuiteScript (1.0 / 2.0), and manage system administration tasks like roles, workflows, saved searches, and reports will be advantage

Translate business and financial requirements into scalable, efficient technical solutions across Zuora and NetSuite.

Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support financial reporting and operational processes.

Manage system performance, integration reliability, and error resolution across platforms.

Participate in user testing, training, documentation, and platform upgrades.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora Billing, including subscription lifecycle management and product catalog design.

Strong experience with Zuora REST APIs and integration patterns.

3+ years of NetSuite experience, including SuiteScript development and administrative tasks.

Strong understanding of ASC 606 and hands-on experience configuring systems to support revenue recognition compliance.

Proven ability to work directly with Finance and Accounting stakeholders, translating requirements into technical and functional outcomes.

Experience supporting Order-to-Cash, billing, and revenue processes in a SaaS or subscription-based business.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with integration platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft).

Familiarity with RevPro, Salesforce, or other finance tech stack tools.

NetSuite and/or Zuora certifications.

Experience in SaaS, Tech, or High-growth environments.
