NuRock Management is looking for an experienced Lead Maintenance Supervisor who can manage our maintenance staff in providing care and service to our community located in the Austin, TX area. Responsibilities include: Overseeing HVAC systems, helping property manager with inventory and maintenance budgets, ensuring that turns are completed in appropriate time frames, prioritizing service requests. Other duties assigned as needed.The requirements for this position include HVAC/EPA and pool certification, past management or supervisory experience, some electrical and plumbing experience, as well as excellent job stability. Must pass background check.
