Paid Social Supervisor (hybrid)
Growing digital agency is searching for a Paid Social Supervisor to join their team in NYC. This is a growth opportunity and the agency represents a progressive office culture with many examples of internal promotions. Ideal candidates will have experience in paid social across various platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, X, etc. The Paid Social Supervisor will be responsible for campaign management, quality assurance, and campaign delivery. Ideal candidates must be able to train, mentor, and help on-board more junior team members, challenge existing processes, help bring new ideas to strategy sessions, and overall be a self-driven learner and solutions-oriented team-member.
4-7 years of experience in online advertising, specifically with paid social including Linkedin, Meta, X, YouTube, etc
Ability to take full ownership of client accounts and demonstrate competency for campaign planning, strategy recommendations, budgeting, managing client relationships, etc.
Experience playing a role in strategy and developing recommendations for new campaigns and clients
Pace, forecast, and monitor all budgets
Conduct daily optimizations against campaign goals
Analyze metrics, provide progress reports, and suggest new optimizations, promotions, and initiatives for all social campaigns
Create and provide detailed weekly/monthly/quarterly campaign reports
Conduct targeting and optimization data analysis to drive performance
Strong data analytics and strategy background, including Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics
Deep understanding of advanced integrated media strategy and concepts
Hold client facing responsibilities including reporting calls and special projects
Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Time management and problem-solving skills
Passion for working on a fast-growing team
