Digital Media Supervisor

Location: Hybrid â New York City area

Salary Range: $75,000â $95,000 DOE

A growing full-service media agency is seeking a Media Supervisor to lead integrated media planning and buying efforts across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with hands-on execution experience who thrives in a data-driven, client-facing environment. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping campaign strategy, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior talent across a wide range of industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute scalable, data-driven media plans aligned with client objectives

Analyze campaign performance using both raw and refined datasets; deliver clear, actionable insights

Oversee media planning from RFP through final execution, including negotiations, buys, and reporting

Collaborate across teams (search, social, traditional, analytics) to optimize full-funnel performance

Present strategic recommendations and performance updates to clients and internal stakeholders

Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on best practices and media strategy

Foster strong relationships with media vendors, tech partners, and client teams

Handle financial oversight including billing, pacing, and campaign actualization

Requirements:

4â 7 years of media planning/buying experience (digital and traditional strongly preferred)

2+ years managing teams and client communications in an agency setting

Hands-on experience across key digital platforms: Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, Display, Video, and more

Strong reporting skills; comfort with GA4, Campaign Manager, Looker/Data Studio

Experience working in performance-driven environments (e.g., DTC, financial services)

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities; can work autonomously and manage ambiguity

Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
