Certified Sit Down Forklift Operator

Job Description

We are looking for workers to operate a battery operated Sit Down Forklifts inside a very large fulfillment center in Cedar Rapids IA

Shift is 4:45pm to 3:15am - all employees must work one weekend day, which can be Saturday or Sunday

PAY IS $22/hr - weekly pay!

First week will take training in the morning shift then move to regular shift.

must have computer skills to navigate company's inventory system

Accurately transfer product / parts, both physically and logically, into and/or out of warehouse locations, move products throughout the facility with powered industrial equipment and perform inventory counts as required.

Read, interpret and accomplish WMS reports, recognize and correct potential process errors before actions adversely affect the customer.

Trained to recognize “obvious damage” at any point in the warehousing process and knowledge of action taken when discovered.

Pull orders accurately as assigned

Stage orders according to carrier location and verify: number of pallets picked as well as stage location

Prepare Receiving / Storage / Shipping documentation retaining product accountability throughout the logistical process.Aware of and follows location and work center Safety and Security policies and procedures.

Position may require lifting of 40-60lbs.

Performs housekeeping duties and other duties as assigned
