Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
Handle guest requests and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
Process payments, issue room keys, and ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Assist with reservations and ensure proper guest room assignments
Ensure all guests have a smooth and pleasant experience during their stay
Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Must be able to handle high-volume tasks with a calm and positive demeanor
