Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Fulfillment Representative to join our dedicated team. This role is key to ensuring our customer inventory is well-managed, organized, and maintained while supporting the shipping and fulfillment processes. Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Oversee and maintain all customer inventory. Ensure all incoming items are accurately checked in and stored properly, and that existing inventory is organized and updated.

Inventory Fulfillment: Respond to customer requests for inventory pulls, verify counts, and provide accurate documentation.

Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries related to inventory, resolve issues promptly, and keep customers, sales teams, and CSR updated on inventory status.

Shipping Assistance: Support the Shipping Department with daily UPS and FedEx shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate records of printed materials and customer products, ensuring all details are up-to-date and correct.

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent

3-5 years of experience in a fulfillment or inventory management role

Previous experience with UPS/FedEx shipments

Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Valid driver’s license

Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
