2nd Shift Production Worker

Job Description

Hours: Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm

Pay: $18 per hour base rate and a $3 shift differential plus quarterly incentive bonuses

Time Off: 80 hours of holiday pay and generous PTO

Join our innovative manufacturing team and become part of a one-of-a-kind furnace plating process—there’s no one in the area doing what we do! In this hands-on, entry-level role, you'll help apply superabrasives to a variety of industrial parts using cutting-edge materials and techniques. No experience? No problem. We’ll provide the training—you bring your creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and manage multiple types of industrial furnaces, included POP, Vacuum and tube furnaces.

Maintain consistent production flow while ensuring high standards of safety and quality.

Prioritize tasks effectively and determine appropriate order of tasks according to relative importance.

Follow documented procedures with accuracy and consistency.

Follow all company safety policies and practices.

Qualifications:

Must be detail oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.

Ability to perform multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a neat and orderly workplace.

Have a positive attitude.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to work under a microscope.

Capability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Ability to work overtime, sometimes on short notice.

Physical requirements:

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion.

Sit and stand throughout the day as needed.

Willingness to follow company PPE standards to work with chemicals found onsite.
