Qualifications

Proven experience: Candidates must have previous experience as a Lead Carpenter or in a similar role in the construction industry

Carpentry knowledge: Extensive knowledge of rough carpentry, finish carpentry, concrete set-up and placement

Construction expertise: A strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations is essential

Blueprint reading: Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints is a must

Teamwork and independence: Candidates should be able to work effectively both as part of a team and independently

Physical stamina: The role involves manual labor, so candidates should have physical stamina to perform carpentry tasks

Driver's license and transportation: Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation and tools

High school diploma or equivalent is required
