These individuals will have good operational expertise and thrives leading others. MUST have a verifiable GOOD reputation within the commercial healthcare construction arena working long-term with reputable name brand commercial builders. Not looking for residential, multi-family, home builders, or owner's representatives please.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

Minimum of 15-25 years ideal range in the field, coordinating project schedules and material, leading $50M-250M+ healthcare or higher educational construction projects.

Building experience that must include healthcare complex commercial project experience.

Verifiable experience building a minimum of $100M+ healthcare construction projects

Ability to coordinate all field construction project activities and personnel as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget.

Effective communication skills with all levels of people throughout a construction process.

Capability to effectively manage client relationships to achieve project goals.Company Description
