Key Responsibilities:

Appointment Management & Confirmation:

Receive qualified site visit appointments from the inside sales team.

Conduct a confirmation call with the client to verify interest, site context, and conversation details already discussed.

Answer any preliminary questions, road-map expectations, and confirm the site visit date and time.

Site Visit Execution:

Conduct thorough on-site evaluations of property conditions.

Identify and flag utility locations (water, sewer, electric, gas) and possible ADU placement zones.

Mark, flag, and record measurements.

Capture wide-angle and detail photos and video to document logistics for proposal and design team review.

Proposal Collaboration & Presentation:

Upload findings into the CRM system accurately and in a timely manner.

Coordinate with the proposal panel to schedule a formal presentation (typically within 48–72 hours of the site visit).

Participate in the proposal presentation to support technical or layout-related questions from clients.

Conduct follow-ups to support the customer’s decision-making and increase deal closure rates.

Post-Proposal Coordination:

After the first architectural design meeting, coordinate with the pre-construction team to tag and confirm the final ADU footprint location.

Support scheduling of 811 utility marking.

CRM & Reporting:

Log all appointment notes, customer interactions, and field observations into the CRM.

Ensure updates are clear, complete, and actionable for downstream departments (design, engineering, operations).

Consistent communication to the team and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in construction, estimating, or residential project planning (ADU or residential remodeling preferred).

Ability to read basic site plans and interpret building layouts.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Organized and dependable in follow-through and documentation.

Must have reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license and insurance.

Familiarity with customer relationship management and project management (CRM) platforms (such as Buildertrend, Go High Level) and is enthusiastic about learning new skills and applications.
