Summary
As a QA Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) system. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and enhance the MRP platform, validate system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the system effectively supports our manufacturing and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and high application quality
Execute functional and regression testing based on test plans and user stories
Develop and maintain test cases and related documentation
Identify, document, and track defects in coordination with the development team
Assist in root cause analysis and resolution of escalated production support issues
Create and maintain system documentation, including process flows, support procedures, and user guides
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in software quality assurance or Level 2/3 application support
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
Familiarity with testing methodologies and issue tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira)
Basic SQL skills for data validation and issue troubleshooting
Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA best practices
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or other ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing context is a plus
