We’re a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) looking for a customer-focused, tech-curious individual to join our support team. This is a great opportunity for entry-level candidates or IT students who want hands-on experience and a clear path to growth in the IT field.Compensation:
$25,000+Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do:
Respond to client issues via phone, chat, or in-person, troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking problems
Provide support for:
Printing and peripherals
Office 365, email, and productivity tools
Software installations and updates
Operating system questions (Windows and more)
Assist with hardware prep and in-office repairs
Document and escalate more complex issues to senior engineers when neededQualifications:
What You Bring:
A strong interest in IT and helping people
Basic knowledge of:
Office 365 and general networking concepts
Windows operating systems and common business applications
Excellent communication and professionalism on the phone and via email
Willingness to learn and grow with hands-on support and mentorship
Bonus if you have:
Any IT certifications (CompTIA, Azure, etc.)
Experience with remote desktop tools or ticketing systemsAbout Company
