Job Description

Job Summary

Sets up and operate a production Test in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.

Reads and interprets Schematics, Visual Aids and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery.

Adjusts test fixture settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely fashion.

Utilize quality practices and procedures to assure that the assemblies are accurately and effectively manufactured.

Troubleshoot to the component level.

Experience using various debug tools Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies, Spectrum Analyzer, DVM etc.

Has experience using various rework equipment, Scopes, Mag. Lights and solder / rework equipment.

Able to read complex engineering documents related to units under debug.

Maintains a clean, neat and orderly area.

Responsible for the quality and accuracy of own work.ACCOUNTABILITIES/ SCOPE

Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the electronics field. Example of particular areas of experience:

Computing skillsEDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE

Associates Degree in electronics from community college or trade school with 3 to 5 years on the job experience (Contract Manufacturing environment is a plus!)
