A leading AmLaw firm that advises startups to established fortune 500 companies seeks a highly qualified mid to senior-level associate to join their Financial Industry Practice.

Candidate should have experience in public company work, registered equity offerings (IPOs and follow-on offerings), and private placements. Ideal candidates will be familiar with the financial services sector.

Candidates should have outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience. Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
