We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in Columbus, OH. This role is essential to the planning, execution, and delivery of various real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating tasks, timelines, and communications between departments to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and execution of real estate development projects

Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables

Coordinate between internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders

Prepare reports, documentation, and meeting summaries

Monitor progress and address project-related issues or delays

Maintain clear communication with team members and clients throughout project phases

Support the project manager with administrative and operational tasksQualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project coordination or similar role

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project)

Detail-oriented and solutions-driven mindset
