Job Title: Desktop Support Technician (Onsite – Contract)

Location: Kennesaw, GA

Contract Duration: 3 Weeks (Monday – Friday, Full-Time)Job Description:

We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician for a 3-week onsite contract in Kennesaw, GA. This role will provide hands-on technical support to end users, ensuring smooth operation of desktops, laptops, and peripherals in a professional environment.Key Responsibilities:

Provide onsite technical support for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.

Install, configure, and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

Perform Windows OS and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting.

Assist with device imaging, setup, and deployment as needed.

Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner.

Support basic network connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi and VPN troubleshooting.

Maintain detailed documentation of issues and resolutions.

Deliver excellent customer service and ensure minimal downtime for end users.Required Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in desktop support or IT support.

Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, Entra, and Microsoft 365,.

Experience with hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and network connectivity.

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience preferred.Additional Details:

Onsite role – candidates must be available to work full-time (Monday – Friday) in Kennesaw, GA.

Contract duration is 3 weeks, with potential for extension based on business needs.
