For a full list of benefits, please visit our website at []. Job Description: Define the product roadmap, features, and strategy for the integration platform, taking into account customer needs, market trends, and internal stakeholders' input.

Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and requirements based on business value and impact.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and QA to ensure product vision is clearly communicated and executed.

Conduct user research and engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges and incorporate feedback into product development.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Molex advantaged capabilities, other products teams, and project teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Analyze and monitor product performance metrics and KPIs and make data-driven decisions to optimize product features and functionality.

Monitor industry trends and best practices related to integration technologies and platforms.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in data mapping and transformation.

Must have 5 years of experience in all of the following: Designing, developing, and managing APIs; Integration platforms such as Sterling Integrator, MuleSoft, or B2B Integrator; System and application architecture principles; EDI Standards such as X12 or Edifact; and EDI protocols such as AS2, FTP, SFTP, or VAN.

Must have 4 years of experience in all of the following: API, Web Services, Message Queuing, Streaming, Microservices, and SOA; Cloud Platforms and Services such as AWS or Azure; and API management tools.

Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) days per week.
