We are seeking a talented Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team in Scottsdale AZ and contribute to the development of engaging and effective learning experiences. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing instructional materials and programs that enhance the learning experience for our employees. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker who can translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and effective learning solutions.

Responsibilities

- Consult and collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and objectives.

- Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and assessments.

- Utilize instructional design principles and methodologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

- Conduct needs assessments and analyze learner feedback to continuously improve instructional materials.

- Implement and manage learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technologies.

- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and technology.

- Provide training and support to instructors and facilitators on the use of instructional materials and technologies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- At least 3+ years of experience in instructional design and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.

- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms.

- Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and assessment methodologies.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.
