Your new role
As an Operations Administrative Support, you will provide essential administrative support to front-line supervisors at operational facilities, focusing on maintenance and people management activities. Key responsibilities include data entry and management in SAP, Kronos, and Workday, coordinating maintenance work orders, and supporting new hire onboarding.
What you will need to succeed
1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably within an industrial (or similar) environment
Knowledge of maintenance and planning work
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Experience with SAP, Maximo, Kronos, Workday
Strong listening and comprehension skills
Organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently
Effective interaction with various functional areas and facilities
