About the Role:
Position: Data Center Contracts Manager
Location: Quincy, WA (Hybrid)
Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Contract & Procurement Specialist to support ongoing data center upgrade and retrofit projects. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in construction procurement, contract administration, and strategic vendor management within technology-driven environments. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant procurement execution, while maintaining the highest level of operational efficiency and risk control.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in procurement and contract administration, preferably in data center or large-scale construction projects
Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, sourcing techniques, and risk mitigation
Proven experience preparing and managing RFPs/RFIs, award recommendations, and supplier contracts
Hands-on experience in vendor negotiations, bid evaluations, and contract execution
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, as well as tools like SharePoint, Areeba, Compass, and PDF editing software
Salary Range: $165,000 - $175,000 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
