Assistant Controls Engineer

Role Overview:

Kelly Engineering is recruiting for a Contract Assistant Controls Engineer for our client in Manning, SC. As an Assistant Controls Engineer, you'll collaborate closely with our Controls Engineer on crucial projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and optimizing our manufacturing processes. Your expertise in Allen Bradley and Ignition systems will be pivotal in driving our systems to new heights of performance.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, development, and implementation of control systems.

Support troubleshooting and maintenance activities for existing systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems.

Contribute innovative ideas to improve process efficiency and reliability.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and Ignition SCADA systems preferred.

Strong understanding of control system fundamentals and industrial automation principles.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results within project timelines.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred.
