If you're currently a Quality Supervisor and ready to take that next step toward management—this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.

This is a senior-level role that bridges the gap between Supervisor and Manager. You’ll still be close to the action on the floor, but with more influence, more responsibility, and a clearer path to leadership.

You’ll be the go-to for day-to-day food safety and quality operations. That means owning the shift, supporting QA techs, investigating deviations, managing holds, leading pre-op inspections, and being the eyes and ears for everything from GMP compliance to HACCP verification. You’ll have a direct line to QA leadership and plenty of space to prove yourself.

This isn’t just a job that keeps the plant compliant—it’s a role that keeps standards high, people accountable, and the food safe. You'll lead by example, train by doing, and solve problems before they escalate. And when it comes to audits or investigations, you’ll already have the data, reports, and solutions ready.

You’ll need:

A degree in Food Science, Micro, or similar (or equivalent experience)

3–5 years in food manufacturing quality roles

Some solid leadership under your belt

A working knowledge of GFSI, GMPs, and HACCP (and not just on paper)
