Job Summary: Stark & Stark is actively recruiting for an experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager to join its Marketing and Business Development team. This role is responsible for enhancing our online presence and driving client engagement through strategic digital marketing efforts as well as developing business plans to support the growth of the attorneys’ practices and Firm. The ideal candidate has expertise in business development planning, coaching, SEO, PPC, social media marketing, video, content strategy, and analytics—specifically within the legal industry or professional services sector. This role works closely with the Director of Marketing & Business Development to manage and execute marketing and business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data to optimize campaigns and strategies.
Management: Manage day-to-day efforts of team, project management, and approve materials.
Content: Planning, analyzing, editing, and coordinating content for marketing materials
Training: Manage internal training with team and attorneys.
Public Relations: Manage media relations and create press releases. Find opportunities for content development.
Reporting: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Intranet: Ensure regular flow of content to the marketing page.
Qualifications & Skills
At least four to five years of experience in marketing & business development, preferably in the legal or professional services industry.
Must have strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Ads, social media advertising, and content marketing.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
Experience managing website CMS platforms.
Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills tailored to legal marketing.
The ability to analyze data, report performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently.
Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs.
Travel approximately 15% for events
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in professional services Marketing.
Strong communication and editing skills.
Knowledge of legal advertising rules (ABA, state bar regulations, etc.).
Familiarity with legal directories (Avvo, Justia, FindLaw, etc.).
Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
