Technical Project Engineering Lead - (Medical Device Design)

Location: Hybrid - Skaneateles, NY (13153)

Type: W2 contract (C2C OR THIRD PARTY arrangements will NOT be considered for this role)

Length: Contract estimated to end 12/31/2025 (Contract extension expectation and/or Internal Hire possibilities with client)

Pay Rate – Negotiable depending on DIRECT-related experience up to $38 - $43 an hour

This position will manage design changes and documentation updates needed to support product maintenance. An individual in this role will lead cross functional teams in engineering assignments, on a task-by-task basis and independently plan, execute and direct cross functional engineering projects.

Seeking candidates with documented technical background or someone who has experience leading changes to tangible products.

Must Have Non-negotiable Skills Required

Leading experience

Good communication skills

Experience with modifying materials

Must have Bill of Material experience

Knowledge of Microsoft Project

Nice to Have Skills

Leading projects or portions of a project. A technical lead is a great candidate for this role!

Experience with SAP, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet

Medical device design or development

Experience working in a highly regulated environment (Medical/Pharmaceutical, DOD, etc.)
