A growing manufacturer in the renewable energy sector is hiring a Corporate Maintenance Planner to lead planning and coordination of preventive maintenance activities across several production sites. This individual will act as the key point of integration between site-level maintenance and operations teams, supporting system updates, spare parts management, and continuous improvement efforts to maximize uptime and asset reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy standardized preventive maintenance (PM) plans for new and existing equipment across all locations.
Enter new asset data and PM schedules into the CMMS, ensuring consistency across systems.
Estimate labor hours, resources, and tooling required for work orders and communicate effectively with production stakeholders.
Serve as the liaison between maintenance and production teams, ensuring PMs and repairs are executed without disrupting schedules.
Reduce interruptions and breakdowns by strategically planning downtime windows and aligning with plant operations.
Support inventory control efforts to streamline spare parts and minimize excess across the network.
Maintain all maintenance records and reports across sites, ensuring document control compliance.
Generate and present KPI reports (MTBF, MTTR, PM Completion, Availability, etc.) using CMMS data and dashboards.
Provide CMMS training and serve as the system administrator for site-level updates and global configuration changes.
Act as the corporate lead for Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) improvement initiatives.
Travel up to 20% across U.S. and Canadian sites.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of maintenance planning experience in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of CMMS systems and ability to train others on system use.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and maintenance reporting tools.
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to independently manage cross-site priorities and drive alignment between departments.
Preferred:
Demonstrated experience in multi-site or corporate-level maintenance planning.
Familiarity with TPM principles and plant-level maintenance KPIs.
Compensation & Benefits:
$78,000 – $82,000/year, based on experience
