Position Summary:
As a Superintendent, you will oversee all on-site operations for ground-up commercial construction projects. You’ll be responsible for managing field activities, subcontractors, safety compliance, and schedules to ensure successful, on-time project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all on-site construction activities from start to finish.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, materials, and site logistics.
Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance at all times.
Conduct daily site inspections and maintain accurate project documentation.
Work closely with project managers, clients, and design teams to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and productive job site.
Preferred Experience:
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in ground-up commercial construction.
Proven experience with churches, office buildings, and tilt-wall construction.
Strong understanding of building systems, site development, and sequencing.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications a plus.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Proficiency with project management software, scheduling tools, and daily reporting.
