Electronic Technician – 1st & 2nd Shift West Columbia, SC

$23–26/hr Full-Time Contract-to-Hire

We’re hiring Electronic Technicians for a leading manufacturing facility in West Columbia, SC. You’ll be at the heart of failure analysis, troubleshooting, and repair—working on real products and solving real problems. Whether you're a seasoned tech or just starting out in school, if you can solder and think in circuits, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Troubleshooting and repairing PCBAs at the component and system level

Using soldering tools, multimeters, and other diagnostic equipment

Performing root cause failure analysis and supporting recovery actions

Creating and improving troubleshooting guides

Collaborating with Engineers and Quality teams to improve reliability

Assisting in test equipment setup, debug training, and new product intro

Schedule & Pay:

Shifts: 1st and 2nd shift openings

Pay: $23–26/hr based on experience

Type: Full-time contract position with the opportunity to convert after 6 months

What We’re Looking For:

Strong troubleshooting skills with a knack for diagnosing circuit issues

Experience with soldering, multimeters, and electronic testing equipment

Great communication skills and a collaborative attitude

Open to all levels of experience—students in electronics programs are encouraged to apply!
