Overview of Position

Role Summary The CNC Engineer Black Belt demonstrates leadership in communicating, developing, and executing manufacturing schedules to the set objectives. Supports daily activities in process developments, validation activities, and change management.

In this role you will utilize your experience and expertise to solve problems, develop & execute objectives, & have the ability to meet company objectives within the time lines specifically related to your assigned projects.

Essential Responsibilities

• Black Belt certified focus in machining operation and New Capital Introduction (NCI) project.

• Lead ongoing NCI machining assets projects.

• Experience with Siemens NX and G-Code CNC programming and troubleshooting.

• Experience with hands on, rundown on machine and setup.

• Provide training support for technicians once manufacturing process is in place.

• Assist with process documentation for new processes & equipment.

• Lead investigation to resolve tooling and fixturing issues.
