Are you a dynamic HR professional with a passion for talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance? We’re looking for a Sr. Human Resources Generalist to join our team! This role is crucial in supporting our company’s human capital needs while ensuring compliance and implementing best practices to drive business success.
What You’ll Do:
️ Full-cycle recruiting: Posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
️ Employee relations: Handling investigations, corrective actions, and policy interpretation
️ Benefits & compensation: Managing FMLA, ADA requests, open enrollment, and compliance
️ HR systems & reporting: ATS/HRIS management (Paycom), HR data integrity, and reporting
️ Compliance: Ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations
What We’re Looking For:
️ 5-6 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Sr. HR Generalist
️ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (HR certification a plus!)
️ Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint – Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPs)
️ Experience conducting investigations and handling sensitive HR matters
️ Knowledge of HR compliance, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, and employment law
Bonus Points If You Have:
️ Experience working for a government contractor
️ Advanced Boolean search skills for recruiting
️ Paycom ATS/HRIS experience
