Employees in this role direct and oversee multiple complex projects and plant modifications.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Controls and authorizes projects
Ensures project implementation is efficient, effective, safe, and in accordance with all procedures, policies and work instructions and uses strategic planning to optimize resources
Establish and enforce expectations for safety, procedure compliance, corrective action, and appropriate work behaviors for employees and contractor staff
Coordinate project activities, craft, and employee resources with plant and fleet departments to ensure resource availability and appropriate oversight
Create and maintain department budget and direct activities to correct variances
Support and monitor daily employee activities, training, performance, recognition and discipline and make decisions on routine supervisory issues
Inform management of plant issues and organize, plan, control, and execute goals and objectives as directed
Maintain program compliance with plant, fleet, and industry requirements
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School Grad / GED
Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
Experience: 10+ years
Nuclear Experience: 10+ years
Supervisor/Management Experience: 7+ years
Experience managing large nuclear capital projects from early stage engineering to project closeout
Experience building complex resource loaded schedules
Previous Contract management experience

PMP Certification
Master's Degree
Master's - Accounting / Finance
Master's - Business Administration
Preferred previous experience using NAMS software

Min Exp in Lieu of Degree: 16+ years
