Manufacturing Quality Engineer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Qualification of industrial processes, routine shop floor surveillances and quality improvement projects

Spot assessment of suppliers + warehouse

Cost of Non Quality Management

Change request Management

LSP (Logistic Service Provider) focal point

Work Authorization monitoring

Project Management

Operational Surveillance

Quality Improvement (Continuous Improvement Projects)

Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree in a related field

4+ years of overall experience in the aeronautical sector, with a quality and/or logistic background

Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

Familiarity with software such as; ServiceNow, MS Suite, SolidWorks

Familiarity with methods such as; PFMEA, PPS and PCA

Quality control, configuration management and continuous improvement background

Experience working with supply chain logistics, procurement and supplier management

Location: On-site in Mobile, AL

Salary Range: $70K-$95K
