Data Modeler (Hybrid Onsite - W2 Contract)

Job Title : Data Modeler / Data Engineer

Location: Stamford, CT / Quincy, MA (Hybrid Onsite 3 - 4 days a week)

Contract: W2

Duration: Long term contract

Job Description:

Total 7-11 years of experience. 50% data modelling, 50% spark & python coding which includes advanced spark

Must have 5+ Years of data analyst + Data modelling experience

Data Modeling Experience is a must( Erwin tool), should be able to create physical model & logical model.

Candidate should be able to write SQL queries.

Knowledge of Spark & parquet file structure is expected.

Hands-on on Python

On-premise to cloud migration experience is plus

Analyse existing gaps in current modelling and refine the same while migrating to cloud.

Strong communication and analytical skills are important to be successful in this role.

Experience with Financial compliance domain is a BIG PLUS.

Databricks is a plus. Scala is a plus.
