We are seeking a Recruiter, or Lead Recruiter, for our boutique recruitment firm focused on Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Retail, and Manufacturing Industries. This individual will be a goal-driven self-starter with excellent communication and organization skills. In this role, you will be running a full desk, working on a variety of clients, from high-end design firms to global manufacturing teams supporting the industry. Qualifications
3-4+ years of recruitment experience
Client/account management experience preferred
Ability to run a full-cycle recruitment desk
Previous recruiting experience in the architecture & design industry is highly sought after but not required
Experience with sales reporting and exceeding sales goals
Interest or knowledge of the architecture and design industry
Passionate about people and the betterment of individuals' lives
Strong leadership abilities
Experience with Bullhorn ATS and other recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
Excellent written, verbal, negotiating, and communication skills
Demonstrated attention to detail, organizational ability, and follow-up skills
Ability to present self and the company in a professional manner
From time to time traveling to attend meetings and trade shows
