Web Developer

We are looking for a Web Developer with strong expertise in Java, Angular, and SQL to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications that are scalable, secure, and performant. You will work in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and efficient solutions. This role requires candidates to be based in the Greater Philadelphia Area and to be onsite 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java, Angular, and SQL.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented JavaScript, HTML, and CSS code.

Work with SQL Server to design and optimize database queries and ensure data integrity.

Implement performance, scalability, security, and testing best practices in development.

Apply design and architectural patterns to create efficient and maintainable solutions.

Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews.

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, optimizing performance and usability.

Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other developers to align technical solutions with business needs.

Contribute to building and maintaining technical project schedules and timelines.

Qualifications & Skills

BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Strong development experience with Java, Angular, and SQL.

Proficiency in JavaScript, React/React Native, HTML, and CSS is a plus.

Familiarity with performance optimization, scalability, security, and application testing.

Solid understanding of design principles for scalable applications.

Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a self-starter attitude.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to drive solutions to completion and contribute to technical project schedules.
