Are you an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in financial services, PMO, and technology? We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and lead our projects to success. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective program strategies, objectives, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
Coordinate and actively participate in project teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop robust mitigation plans.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide comprehensive updates to stakeholders.
Manage program budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
Evaluate program performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Provide guidance and support to project team members, promoting their professional development.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Uphold the firm's values by acting with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management).
Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
