Job Description:
As a Sales Representative you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by identifying and cultivating relationships with key decision-makers within our target market. We are looking for individuals with a natural knack for connecting with the right people and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking efforts.
2. Build, grow, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by serving their quote request needs with a high degree of customer service.
3. Network and prospect effectively to ultimately build confidence in our ability to serve your customers well.
4. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including customer service and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and exceptional customer satisfaction.
5. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and differentiation.
6. Be effective using our CRM to track your business development and quoting activities.
7. Represent Kelly & Hayes at industry and networking events, to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
MUST be able to be onsite Monday- Friday
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
1. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
2. Strong business acumen and the ability to learn, understand and articulate technical product specifications.
3. Self-motivated and driven to exceed targets, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Familiarity with the electrical supply industry and the needs of OCONUS Contractors is preferred.
5. Proficiency in Xtuple, Creatio, and Microsoft 365 is an asset.
