Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Corporate Receptionist role located in Rockville, MD at MassMutual Greater Washington. The Corporate Receptionist will be responsible for phone calls, clerical tasks, communication with clients and staff, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Phone Etiquette and Communication skills

Customer Service skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is a plus

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent required
