User Acceptance Testing Analyst/Financial Crimes

Outstanding long-term contract opportunity! A well-known Financial Services Company is looking for an User Acceptance Tester with financial crimes/risk and controls experience in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid).

MUST BE LOCAL AND AVAIALBLE FOR AN ONSITE IN PERSON INTERVIEW.

Contract Duration: 12+ Months

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in UAT testing and UAT testing script writing.

Experience working closely with line of business to write effective test scripts.

Able to execute scenario-based testing to validate system accuracy and functionality under pre-defined conditions.

Ability to compare results from current state with the future state system to ensure consistency and identify improvements.

Able to work closely with line of business to write effective user stories in JIRA.

Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve gaps or inconsistencies identified during testing and parallel production phase.

Advanced knowledge of KYC/Financial Crimes domain and its global compliance applications.

What You Will Be Doing

Responsibilities may include drafting and refining business requirements, developing and executing test scripts, validating system functionality against business needs, logging and tracking defects.

Collaborating with stakeholders to clarify issues and retest fixes as needed.

Comparing results across user interfaces, verifying data accuracy and workflow behavior, and conducting post-production validation to ensure the solution meets expectations in a live environment.

Play a key part in validating that delivered applications aligned with intended business outcomes and are ready for operational use.
