Commercial/IP Litigation Attorney

Trueline's client, a prestigious mid-sized law firm with a strong regional and national presence, is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their team in Western New York. What You'll Do as the Litigation Attorney:

- Draft and argue motions in complex commercial and intellectual property cases

- Prepare and respond to discovery requests

- Manage document productions

- Conduct and defend depositions

- Work independently on high-level litigation matters

- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys on regional, national, and international cases

Must-Haves as the Litigation Attorney:

- 3-7 years of sophisticated commercial and/or intellectual property litigation experience in a law firm setting

- Excellent writing and advocacy skills

- Strong, positive presence and ability to work independently

- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in NY State

Nice-To-Haves as the Litigation Attorney:
