Job Title: Agile IT Project Manager
Location: Lewisville TX (100% onsite)
Seeking an experienced Agile IT Project Manager to coordinate and lead projects in a high-paced, innovative environment. This role emphasizes change management, project coordination, data visualization, and agile delivery—with a strong preference for candidates from Dematic, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, or Daifuku.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.
Align project goals with Ericsson’s strategic objectives.
Develop and track schedules, KPIs, and deliverables using tools like Power BI, Jira, and MS Project.
Collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams using Agile and Kanban frameworks.
Manage risks, budget, and project metrics.
Present reports and updates to stakeholders using clear, data-driven visuals.
Must-Have Qualifications:
6–10 years of experience in IT project management.
Experience in change management within an IT environment.
Strong skills in Agile/Kanban, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination.
Proficiency with Power BI, dashboards, and metrics tracking.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.
Nice-to-Haves:
Background in telecom, Industry 4.0, network infrastructure, or digital transformation.
Experience in large-scale manufacturing or warehouse automation projects.
Exposure to 5G, IoT, or cloud platforms.
