Join Our Team as an LMR Embedded Program Manager!

Are you passionate about Land Mobile Radio (LMR) systems and looking for a challenging role that allows you to make a global impact? We are seeking an experienced LMR Embedded Program Manager to oversee the successful execution of our LMR program locations worldwide.

What You'll Do:

As an LMR Embedded Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of our projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

Project Management:

Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and timelines.

Tracking project progress, identifying potential risks, and proactively addressing challenges.

Coordinating with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.

Managing project budgets and resources effectively.

Overseeing project closeouts and capturing lessons learned.

Technical Expertise:

Reviewing and approving design packages to ensure they meet industry standards and client requirements.

Coordinating with design teams to develop accurate and detailed documentation.

Overseeing the selection and procurement of equipment and materials.

Explaining and applying LMR systems principles to stakeholders.

Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Communicating effectively to understand client needs and expectations.

Proactively addressing client concerns and resolving issues.

Participating in weekly stakeholder meetings and conducting monthly progress reports.

Team Leadership:

Mentoring and guiding team members to ensure optimal performance.

Fostering a collaborative and positive team environment.

Delegating tasks effectively and monitoring team progress.

Cultivating a trusted environment to foster productivity and value.

Quality Assurance:

Implementing quality control measures to ensure high standards.

Conducting regular quality assurance reviews and audits.

Promptly identifying and addressing quality issues.

What We're Looking For:

A Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.

Proven experience in project management, preferably in the communications industry.

Strong technical knowledge of LMR systems and technologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Smartsheets, Google Workspace, CAD, Bluebeam, Autodesk).

Preferred Skills:

Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma).

Certifications in security industry standards (e.g., CPP, CSPM).

Experience with specific LMR systems and technologies.

Understanding of FCC licensing requirements.

Knowledge of construction and facility management processes.
