Responsibilities:
Web Design & Development
Design, update, and maintain a responsive, user-friendly website aligned with brand identity. Collaborate with IT and creative teams to optimize speed, accessibility, and SEO.
Implement analytics tools to track performance and ensure proper CMS integration.
Digital Marketing Management
Develop and execute multi-channel digital campaigns (social media, email, content marketing, online advertising).
Create compelling digital content, including graphics, blog posts, and promotional materials. Optimize website content for SEO, monitor KPIs, and ensure brand consistency.
️ Print Marketing Management
Design and produce brochures, product sheets, catalogs, flyers, business cards, and packaging labels.
Oversee printing processes and coordinate with external vendors for production and distribution.
Support tradeshows and events through printed promotional materials.
Project & Budget Management
Manage multiple design and marketing projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
Collaborate with IT, Sales, and Product Development teams to drive business growth.
Maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers.
Reporting & Analytics
Analyze and report on website performance & digital marketing data.
Provide strategic insights to improve online engagement and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
3+ years of experience in web design & digital marketing.
Proven expertise in responsive web design & digital campaign management.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.).
Strong command of graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.).
Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).
Fluent in English & Spanish for bilingual marketing material creation.
